SPEDIZIONI E TEMPI DI CONSEGNA
1. Spediamo in tutta Italia, UE ed extra Europa con Poste Italiane S.p.a. e SDA. Per le spedizioni estere SDA si avvale della collaborazione di diversi corrieri in base ai diversi stati .
2. Il pacco viene spedito tra i 3 ed i 5 giorni lavorativi dalla conclusione dell’ordine , SALVO DOVE ALTRIMENTI SPECIFICATO MEDIANTE LA DICITURA :”ARTICOLO REALIZZATO SU ORDINE, DISPONIBILE PER LA SPEDIZIONE ENTRO 3 SETTIMANE DALL’ACQUISTO”. Se l’ordine è effettuato in prossimità di festività, il pacco parte il primo giorno lavorativo utile.

3. Per le spedizioni in Italia il pacco solitamente impiega 2/3 gg lavorativi per arrivare a destinazione, per le spedizioni estere 5/7 gg lavorativi. Tale tempistica non tiene conto di eventi straordinari quali scioperi, festività, calamità naturali, ecc..
5. All’atto dell’acquisto RACCOMANDIAMO DI FORNIRE UN CONTATTO TELEFONICO ED UN INDIRIZZO E MAIL, ambedue richiesti dai Ns. corrieri.
6. Una volta spedito l'articolo, se richiesto, possiamo fornirVi il tracking code così da monitorare la spedizione e relativa consegna. Nel caso di mancata consegna,indirizzo errato o altre problematiche riguardanti il corriere, Vi preghiamo gentilmente di contattarlo direttamente con tali estremi. LA RITARDATA CONSEGNA NON DIPENDE DALLA NOSTRA VOLONTA.
7. Qualora riceviate il pacco con evidenti segni di danneggiamento, dovrete contestare i danni direttamente al corriere al momento della consegna, apponendo sul documento di trasporto la dicitura: "ACCETTIAMO LA MERCE CON RISERVA DI VERIFICA", specificandone i motivi. In caso contrario NON provvederemo alla restituzione della merce.
8. Non siamo responsabili per articoli trattenuti o confiscati dalle dogane di altre nazioni, nè per qualsiasi tariffa doganale aggiuntiva; il controllo di particolari regole doganali di importazione è sempre a cura dell'acquirente.

FATTURAZIONE
Normalmente alla conclusione dell’ordine segue l’emissione di ricevuta fiscale generica allegata in originale alla spedizione.
